Then you've come to the right place. Our laboratories are suitable for start-up and medium-sized companies due to their flexible conditions. They range in size from 25 m² to 500 m². These spaces are fully facilitated with basic facilities such as power and emergency power, compressed air, CO2, nitrogen, extraction and waste water disposal. Within these hubs we have laboratories available: in βèta and Mµ on the High Tech Campus and in Catalyst on the TU/e Campus.

Facilities available
Our buildings are equipped with high-quality redundant ICT infrastructure, and have server rooms with their own server boxes if required. There are also numerous general facilities available, such as representative entrances with waiting room, (virtual) reception, meeting rooms, kitchens, meeting rooms, mail service, parking and repro facilities.
Extensive amenities in prime locations
Our locations are easily accessible via various highways and public transportation. You will also work at a vibrant location with 10,000 technicians within walking distance. At the High Tech Campus and the TU/e Campus you can make flexible use of shared facilities. Think of temporarily renting a specific laboratory with research equipment. But outsourcing research is also an option.
