In our new startup hub, Alpha, on the TU/e Campus in Eindhoven, we offer affordable housing and a basic level of service. What can you expect from our entry-level office?
You rent an office space that fits your budget. Common areas are cleaned regularly and you have access to basic facilities, such as your own key, front desk service, package service and your own mailbox. You can also use meeting and meeting rooms, and a paid coffee facility is available. Pantries include a dishwasher, refrigerator and waste bin. Wi-Fi is available in the common areas.
In addition to these facilities, we offer active support in the form of coaching, business development, start-up financing and networking opportunities. Moreover, you have access to the workshops and labs on the TU/e Campus, cool events, trainings, networking drinks, the (digital) TWICE Community, pitch sessions and much more.

At Twice you can rent different types of commercial spaces in Eindhoven. We offer office spaces from 25 m² to 500 m². These spaces are flexible and when your business grows: you can easily add extra meters. Besides office spaces you can also rent laboratories. These spaces range in size from 25 m² to 500 m². These spaces are fully equipped with basic facilities such as power and emergency power, compressed air, CO2, nitrogen, extraction and waste water drainage.
