What kinds of spaces can I rent at TWICE?
At TWICE, you can rent various types of spaces at the High Tech Campus and the TU/e Campus Eindhoven:
- Office spaces starting at 10 m², scalable up to 500 m²
- Laboratory spaces starting at 25 m² with high-tech facilities, scalable up to 500 m²
- Shared / flexible workspaces
- Conference rooms and meeting rooms
Everything is modular and scalable, so you can easily expand or downsize
Where are the TWICE hubs located?
TWICE has five hubs across two growth locations in Eindhoven:
- High Tech Campus: Science and Engineering
- TU/e Campus: Twinning, Catalyst, and Alpha
Here, you’ll benefit from the vibrant Brainport region, excellent accessibility, and access to the innovation network
