At Twice, you can rent various types of spaces at the High Tech Campus and the TU/e Campus in Eindhoven: 

  • Private office spaces (ranging from approximately 10–23 m² to 500 m²) 
  • Shared/flexible workspaces and startup offices 
  • Laboratory spaces (25–500 m², equipped with high-tech facilities) 
  • Conference rooms and meeting rooms 
  • Event spaces / meeting rooms

Everything is modular and scalable, so you can easily expand or downsize.

Twice has five hubs in Eindhoven:

  • High Tech Campus: Science and Engineering 
  • TU/e Campus: Twinning, Catalyst, and Alpha

You’ll benefit from the vibrant Brainport region, excellent accessibility, and access to the innovation network.

  • Fully furnished and ready to move in (furniture, high-speed internet, cleaning) 
  • Flexible contracts (often cancellable on a monthly basis) 
  • Access to shared facilities: reception, kitchen, copy room, parking, sports facilities 
  • Be part of the TWICE Community with events, networking gatherings, training sessions, and pitch sessions 
  • Close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation

Yes! External guests can reserve meeting and event rooms.

Very flexible. Many contracts can be canceled on a monthly basis, allowing you to scale with your business without being locked into long-term commitments.
