We do this by providing affordable housing in Eindhoven’s prime locations, by connecting entrepreneurs with a network of knowledge partners, and by creating a community where startups can support one another.

TWICE’s logo is an apple, designed by artist Lisa Pappon. It symbolizes discovery, progress, and perfection. It was inspired by visionaries like Steve Jobs and Isaac Newton—people who weren’t afraid to think differently. We share that mindset with the entrepreneurs in our community.

What kinds of spaces can I rent at Twice?
At Twice, you can rent various types of spaces at the High Tech Campus and the TU/e Campus in Eindhoven:
- Private office spaces (ranging from approximately 10–23 m² to 500 m²)
- Shared/flexible workspaces and startup offices
- Laboratory spaces (25–500 m², equipped with high-tech facilities)
- Conference rooms and meeting rooms
- Event spaces / meeting rooms
Everything is modular and scalable, so you can easily expand or downsize.
Where are the Twice hubs located?
Twice has five hubs in Eindhoven:
- High Tech Campus: Science and Engineering
- TU/e Campus: Twinning, Catalyst, and Alpha
You’ll benefit from the vibrant Brainport region, excellent accessibility, and access to the innovation network.
What are the benefits of renting a space at Twice?
- Fully furnished and ready to move in (furniture, high-speed internet, cleaning)
- Flexible contracts (often cancellable on a monthly basis)

Can external parties also rent a meeting room or event space?
Yes! External guests can reserve meeting and event rooms.

How flexible are the contracts?
Very flexible. Many contracts can be canceled on a monthly basis, allowing you to scale with your business without being locked into long-term commitments.
