Twice: our background
Twice Eindhoven stimulates the development of young innovative technology companies by providing facilities that are not (yet) accessible to these companies on commercial grounds. The aim is to increase the growth and success rate of small-scale High Tech companies and to promote the socio-economic structure (such as employment) in the Eindhoven region and its surroundings.
We do this in part by 1) providing professional business housing with high-quality infrastructure facilities and 2) making connections to the regional network of investors and advisors (ecosystem). Currently, some 110 innovative companies are located in four themed buildings, in small-scale office spaces and/or equipped laboratories. Each business center has its own theme, for example Research & Development. The "Twinning" and "Catalyst" buildings are located on the grounds of the Eindhoven University of Technology and the theme buildings "Beta" and "Mµ" on the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven.
In addition to high-quality business accommodation and advice, we also offer a number of facilities such as reception with telephone switchboard, secretarial service and use of common areas. These contribute to efficient business operations and a professional image for the companies established with us. They can receive guidance and advice from expert external business advisors; moreover, they benefit from the network that the entrepreneurs form together.
We are looking for a new colleague:
Employee Business Centers
16 -24 hours per week
Duties and responsibilities
Together with colleagues, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational matters in our business centers. Your role also includes providing service in direct contact to the companies located in Twice's business centers.
Do you fit the profile for this position?
- You have a completed education at MBO level
- Because we work in an international environment, you are proficient in Dutch and English.
- Experience in a service environment is preferred.
- You are flexibly employed, 16 -24 hours per week.
- You have an eye for quality, are precise and work in a structured manner.
- Customer focus.
- Experience with reception work and telephone answering is a plus.
- Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel (Windows 10).
- You are a team player, you communicate clearly and concretely.
